• Drafted business requirements, solution design and documentation related to JDE HCM module.

• Analyzed existing data sources to confirm that all the data required by application is available and accurate. Reviewed and assessed the need for reports and forms.

• Worked with the development team for successful implementation of JD Edwards HCM Module.

• Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to HCM module.

• Sending email id creation, desktop/laptop request to IT dept. and requesting for new joiner office space, mobile phone and SIM card arrangement/ intercom lines, etc.

• Arranging travel & accommodation for the new joiners as well as employees proceeding on leave.

• Preparing onboarding plan for newcomers and arranging them for HSE and Quality Dept. Orientation.

• Ensuring new employee file is created with all relevant document including Employee offer& Certificates and updating all the required data in JDE.

• Liaising with payroll for new Bank account opening and coordinating with PRO for medical checkups, Visa stamping, National Id, etc.

• Preparing the Salary review & Bonus proposals, suggesting parameters to be used and implementation after approval.

• Processing all salary increase and changes arising from promotions, job evaluation; ensuring accuracy, timely completion and adhering to appropriate policies. Also, handling WPS for monthly salaries.

• Updating and maintaining the changes in JD Edwards (HCM) system including promotions and transfers within Departments, recruitment and termination of employees, as well.

• Classifying and grouping jobs based on the nature of work, skill, effort & responsibility.

• Reviewing and creating Job Type and Job Step progression.

• Reviewing performance appraisal, competency assessment and gap analysis and providing guidelines for building leadership pipeline and succession planning, coupled with assignment of training program.
