· Review of ITP, QCP, WPS and PQR for different materials to be used by contractor.
· Witness WQT and review welder performance record.
· Attend weekly QA/QC meeting between GL inspection team and client (QP) to decide agenda for the meeting with EPC contractor to discuss issues like NCR, DR status, audit planning, review of %age repair rate and other QA/QC issues.
· Perform daily welding and piping inspection at shop and site to ensure material treaciability, weld quality, plumbness, elevation and other quality control matters.
· Monitor/ review NDT and heat treatment activities.
· Review/ punch Testpackage after completion of line and release the same for testing.
· Witness hydro/ pneumatic test and sign it off.
Third Party Inspection of Oil and Gas project.
Inspection and quality control for welding, pipilg, painting, insulation and mechanical activities.
