Job Responsibilities
To monitor, coordinate and supervise MEP-Electrical site activities and sub contractors on a day-to-day basis.
Material take off from contract drawings (Electrical, ELV) for Project budget preparation
To supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor and give full and extensive instruction to his team.
Preparation of shop drawings for Lighting, Power, Fire alarm, and other ELV systems.
Preparation & Submission for material approval (MAS) for various construction materials.
To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities
Proper Monitoring and Follow up of work progress planning, Subcontractor’s performance and arranging all its requirements
To ensure that the construction issue drawings fully reflect the scope of works and requirements of the contract
To ensure that any variations and instructions received from the client are incorporated into the latest construction issue drawings and auctioned by the construction team
To ensure the Operations & Maintenance manuals as well as handover documents are in line with contract specification and requirements
Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
Supervision and Monitoring of entire Electrical & Mechanical work.
Preparation & Submission for material approval for various construction materials.
Preparation of shop drawings for Lighting, Power, Fire alarm, Fire Fighting systems.
Light wiring & Power wiring drawing preparation and submission.
Handling the installation of CCTV, Access control, Intercom systems & various Low current system.
Supervision for LV panel installation, Fire, Plumping, Chiller pumps installation.
Installation of Transformer & LV, HV panel in Pocket substation.
Supervision and Monitoring of Fire alarm, Central Battery System, Voice evacuation system, Fire fighting systems.
To drive the team to complete the work within time period.
Co ordination & Supervising for Plumping & Water supply system work.
Joint inspection with consultant for QA/QC surveys.
Supervision and Monitoring of HVAC systems like Chillers, FAHU, FCU, Panels etc.
Responsible for Supervision and Monitoring of Electrical work.
coordinating with civil site engineers for clearance of works
Fabrication & Installation of cable trays
Building wiring & Lighting DB’s checking as per Layout drawing
