5 Maintaining records & documents of quality.
6 Controlling work progress & out team members.
7 Conducting internal NDT tests and preparing of their reports as well as WPS and PQR.
8 Reporting of daily work, production, problems in the origination.
Academic Project “DESIGN OF CENTRIFUGAL CASTING MACHINES FOR SMS FOUNDRY OF VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT”. ACADEMIC YEAR : 2008 TEAM SIZE : 3 ROLE : Team leader DESCRIPTION : The project is designed to solve many problems, the existing system of normal foundry casting have blowholes, hollow shapes, non-metals, manufacturing. We did project on plant & analyzed the components of machine & products using uni-graphics software. This machine is used for manufacturing non-metals as well with a good accuracy and high production. In Plant Training 1 Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd., Visakhapatnam steel plant. Extra Curricular Activities 1 Participated in paper presentations on bio diesel. (National level Technical Seminar). 2 Industry visits at Salem Steel Plant, Salem & Indian Fine Blanking (IFB), and Bangalore.
