• Analyse and understand shop drawings, raising any issues of non-compliance with CCL Engineers
• Attend meetings with contractors and explain construction sequence and issues related to the project
• Distribute labour and arrange provision of post-tensioning material and equipment to sites
• Ensure post-tensioning works are performed safely and according to related shop drawings and quality/environmental procedures
• Coordinate between post tensioning works and other activities on site (formwork, reinforcement, electrical, plumbing etc.)
• Perform inspections to ensure all PT works are acceptable
• Ensure the good working condition of PT equipment before use on site
• Organise and instruct PT operatives in the correct execution of all PT activities
• Completion of quality documentation
• Carry out anchorage layout, anchorage fixing, duct laying and sealing, strand threading in ducts, chair layout and fixing,
ducts fixing to chairs, dead end fabrication, grout vent pipe fixing, pre-pour inspection, supervision of concrete casting,
preparation for stressing, stressing and submission of extensions, tail cutting and pocket filling, grouting, de-venting

• Ensuring that all details in drawing are applied on site
• Sending a daily report to the engineer
• Check-up the materials in the storage
• Arranging and distributing tasks in the site
• Coordinating with the contractors.
• Knowing the characteristics of goods and its attractive properties that attract the customers.
• Explain for the customers about goods characters and informing the customer about the advantages of these goods.
• Contact with the customer before and after goods transfer and know the customer opinion about the goods.
Practice period: I have done 2 month practicing in al MANAR university project in Tripoli, I was foreman in site project, my duties was to confirm that all details in the project drawing done in the project and to send a daily report to the engineering about every day work done. More over my duty was to ensure that all worker applying safety roles.
