Managing of various irrigation and Landscape construction and Maintenance projects including supervision of various landscape activities, maintenance of landscape plants, co-ordinate with availability of materials, machineries, skilled specialists. Managing Turf construction and maintenance. Plant nursery management, disease and pest management and fertilizer recommendation. Construction and maintenance of automatic irrigation system. Actively involved in project surveying, review of Method statements, Contract documents, B.O.Q’S. Technical specifications, Review of Shop drawings and As Built Drawings, To follow WORK PERMIT SYSTEM (PTW) for all new project activities and to monitor Quality control and Quality assurance with strict compliance with Health, safety and environment guidelines. To visit the sites of suppliers / show rooms / nurseries in order to ensure the quality of the materials or products or plants as per the project standards and specifications, Co-ordinate monthly meetings with clients, preparation of daily reports, delivery reports, monthly reports, monthly meeting minutes etc.
Manage the design, execution and operation of horticulture, irrigation, softscape, procuring plants, long medium and short term planning, budgeting, designing, purchasing, coordinating, instructing allocated staff and related tasks to achieve the goals of AWPR.
• Manage all aspects of landscape and horticultural development on the project
• Coordinate, monitor and instruct contractors and suppliers
• Procure appropriate plant material on behalf of AWPR as per policy
• Ensure safe working conditions for employees and contractors on site
• Hold meetings and training sessions for staff and contractors
• Attend and represent AWPR and the Property Development/Project Management Department at internal & external forums
• Manage, monitor and control the budget ensuring efficient expenditure. Respond to Horticulture/landscape/irrigation requests and issues reported to the Department
• Routinely review and ensure compliance of all risk assessments, method statements and related documentation to carry out all operation, maintenance and construction activities across al AWPR sites.
• Manage and report routinely, the performance assessment of all service providers and make recommendations for service improvement.
• Routinely review all service and supplier agreements/contracts with Director: Project Management to meet the needs of AWPR.
• Manage the application and use of all control systems including but not limited to Irrigation controllers, leak detection systems and general maintenance management systems for the day to day operation and delivery of work with the team.
• Prepare a variety of reports for Department and Divisional Management.
• Provide and implement a short to long term strategy plan for the department
manage the scope to do all the work required and only the work required as the project management
plan, manage the quality as the plan to achieve the required quality in the specs, manage cost as cash in
and cash out to be on budget, manage risk to minimize threats and maximize opportunities, manage
schedule to put the performance on schedule, manage human resource to improve the performance
manage communications between all stakeholders, manage procurement as the plan and applying the lean
management in all project tasks
I graduated grade of Very Good, and after studying the systems of irrigation, drainage and groundwater wells and control of environmental and agricultural machinery and maintenance of agricultural machinery and space Amao agricultural facilities and then began the work of Diploma in Landscape at the University of Cairo in March 2011 and has had the praise of God in March 2012
