1) Managing 8 training centers located at different location across jharkhand out of 30 centers.
2) Managing approx 30-35 numbers of empoyees across all training centers.
3) Monitoring training of candidates in various trades across all 8 training centers.
4) Also looking after the accomodation facilities of the trainees.
5) Liaisoning with state government (departments) for various aspects related to training centers.
6) Budgeting the training consumables for every batch.
7) Managing tickets/transportation for the trainees after their training is finished upto job site.
