Assist the Placement Director in managing and organizing the operational activities for assigned placement teams, ensure the implementation of policies and procedures, and act as guide for the placement teams leaders through difficult situations.
Leading the day to day operations of Abu Dhabi Placement Office to achieve the yearly placement target of employed UAE nationals.
- Facilitates the translation of ADTC strategy and Operation Plans into detailed, specific, measurable targets
- Analyzes ADTC Operations Status and Recommends Performance Improvement Initiatives/Programs accordingly
- Identifies accepted data sources to be used in computing performance against ADTC Operations targets i.e. placement progress at all stages, etc…
- Analyzes options, feasibility, costs and benefits of potential projects for Operations related initiatives/programs
- Manages project execution, including management of all third party service providers (contractors, etc…) in related areas
- Facilitates the development of operations policies & procedures and champion their up-holding
- Facilitates the Automation of the ADTC Operations Policies and Processes
Act as the central point of contact between ADTC and employers of assigned economic area(s). Conduct continual assessment of employers’ current, future hiring needs and satisfaction rate so as to identify and capture vacancies suited to ADTC jobseekers. Build and maintain a successful and productive relationship between employers and ADTC.
- Working with the circuit manager on preparing the circuit for events and daily activities
- Taking care of the ceremony podium, flags and the inauguration of the winning drivers
- Assisting in race control and radio dispatch during events
- Organizing tours around the circuit for visitors and company guests
- Contacting potential clients regarding new projects and investment opportunities
- Taking the lead on projects such as VIP clients and special cases
- Performing sales deals and all related documentation
- Following up with clients on property installments
- Representing ALDAR in local or international exhibitions
