1. Perform daily routine maintenance, checking, and report any incident, abnormal noise, abnormal situation and potential hazard to the respective heads on duty.
2. Perform maintenance, repairing, servicing and operation of Engines Cat 3512, Cat 3406, Cat C-15 and Cummins 200 KVA on the rig site as well as Engines in the camp. Refuel Engines, crane, forklift and vehicles on the rig site and Engines in camp site.
3. Perform tasks assigned by Chief Mechanic, Tool Pusher or Night Pusher on duty.
4. Perform greasing and lubrication on the rig site as well as in the camp site.
5. Maintain the Diesel Tanks, Lubricants, Coolants and Greases on the rig site.
6. Maintain hand and power tools, spare parts and other accessories.
7. Perform maintenance, repairing and servicing of Drawworks, Mud pumps, Centrifugal pumps, Water pumps, Fire fighting pumps and engines, HPUS, Koomy unit, BOP, Air compressors, Agitators, Power Tongs, Carrier, Chains, Gear boxes, Wash guns, and Winches etc.
8. Monitoring and rectifying all the rotating equipment, pneumatically and hydraulically pressurized equipment’s leakage, seepage, smell, overheating and abnormal noise.
9. Actively participate in any meeting and drill on the rig site as well as in the camp site.
10. Stop any unsafe act or movement and corrected.
11. Adopt PTW procedure, follow the company policy and use proper PPE.
12. Maintain the logs and records, fuel consumption record and other inventories.
13. Maintain liaison between warehouse men.
14. Quick response to avoid down time or minimize down time of the Rig.
15. Handle all equipment safely during Rig Up and Rig Down.
16. Perform proper house keeping.

B.ON GENERATORS
Top overhauling, servicing, troubleshooting, fault diagnoses and rectification of generator sets. Compression, oil pressure tests, exhaust and sound analyzing. Corrosion and crack detecting. Fuels, lubricants, spare parts stores, hand and power tools. Up to date all, the generator engines logs.Motored in. Commissioning .Alignment and deployment .
C.ON HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
Top overhauling, servicing, troubleshooting, fault diagnoses and rectification on hydraulic systems.Test benches installation, pressure checking and leaks of hydraulic system equipment. Nitrogen pressure charging .Hydraulic system pollution, creeps and gradient tests. Spare parts, Nitrogen Cylinders, hand and power tools.Logs and recording about hydraulic schematics.
D.ON PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS
Servicing, troubleshooting, fault diagnoses and rectification air compressors. Distribution and utilization of pneumatic systems. Maintenance of drier assemblies. Maintenance of air reservoirs, valves, inter cooler and after cooler. Up to date all the compressors logs. Spare parts, hand and power tools. Lubrication oils record. Installation of pneumatic system test benches and perform pneumatic system equipment tests.
