• Technical meeting with client, consultant and subcontractor for weekly progress of work.
• Review all the drawings and material submittal with reference to design drawings and project specification prior to consultant submission.
• Co-ordinating with consultant, main contractor & sub-contractor for work progress.
• Inspecting all the MEP works at site prior to consultant inspection & clearing the snags.
• Certifying sub-contractors monthly progress bills and variations.
• Providing technical advice to supervisor, contracting service provider regarding installation and maintenance of MEP work.
• Quality assurance and maintain master progress schedule.
• Ensuring that services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure and other civil activities.
• Manages and oversees the work of subordinate staff, engineers, and contractors for compliance with the requirements of local agencies regarding fire, public health and safety.
• Reviews contract documents prepares change orders and request for information responses as required and compliance with contract documents. • Review of method statements from MEP contractor with respect to installation works and logistics for equipment positioning. • Carry out inspection for MEP Contractor material along with QA/QC and Consultant. • Ensure that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE department.

• Responsible for any electrical and civil work/ issue analysis for our Clients.
• Analysis and Proceeding of Emergency work situation in terms of time, convenience and budget as per Client requirement.
• Involved in co-ordination, planning of Electrical and Civil Sections, resource procurement, manpower facilitation, site administration, cost analysis & control and effective follow-up of project progress to ensure a successful completion within the given time and budget.
• Attend regular Meeting with the Clients for effective communication and identify gaps to provide necessary suggestions for management to take necessary decisions on time.
• Involved in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and to negotiate with the client for the Maximum benefit of the Company.
• Purchase and Deliver of cheap and best Material at the right time, which involves research on the source of material.
• To supervise the workers/contracts and to follow-up, control, monitor and communicate planning, procurements, operation of all running projects.
• To carry out Electrical installation as per the design provided by electrical consultants/Architects (as per DEWA Regulation).
• To Provide Preventive maintenance and annual maintenance services to take away
• Site Supervision & Execution of MEP work.
• Co- ordination, follow up, Site inspection.
• Meeting with client and review accordingly as per layout and drawings.
• Preparing weekly reports.
• Coordination with other services
