 Assigning, Leading, Training & Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
 Imparting /organizing training programs for achieving pre planned business targets.
 Ensure to conduct internal audit to realize the extent to which the quality management requirements pertinent to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 are met.
 Ensure that all documents required by Quality management Systems are issued and controlled with the re-spective work centers.
 Ensure that any product that does not conform to specifications is not unintentionally received, stowed or shipped.
 Ensure that all non conformance and discrepancies are resolved in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 stan-dards.
 Quality Checks on receiving materials (KCC - Kind, Count and Check).
 Ensured to identify the Classified / Sensitive materials received in DDKS and is reported to Site management and concerned work center for proper action.
 Monitored and managing document management for the archive section for entire DDKS.
 Ensured to record the Department Assets and is properly Updated and Maintained.
 Takes ownership in daily team briefing, training and subsequent supervision of his team.
