Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of OHS program, policies and procedures in accordance to statutory regulations and requirements. Promote a safe and healthy work environment through continuous improvement of safety, health and environmental systems that result in the reduction of accidents, illnesses, lost time, and assured regulatory compliance.

• Developed the HSE Management systems and procedures to meet the requirements of OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (HSE Plan, EMP, ERP, All HSE required Documentations)

Ensured and achieved zero accident targets during all construction and installation processes through regular pre-HSE inspections, monitoring and safety awareness training; adequate application of workplace safety practices, policies and procedures. Daily activities performed include;

• Regularly performed site inspection in compliance with main contractor’s and company's HSE regulations. Issued and tracked HSE actions and follow up to close out.
• Identified hazards and advised site management to applied adequate and effective control measures.
• Regularly performed temperature/humidity analysis and applied appropriate control measures in preventing heat stress impact on workers in line with State of Qatar regulations and HSE requirements.
• Ensured that all contractors, consultants and visitors on the site abide by the safety rules and regulations.
• Conducted regular inspections of equipment such as power tools, machines, scaffolds, man-lifts and implementation of equipment checklist for all the equipment on site.

• Assisted to ensure that Method Statements covered the safety requirements and monitored the implementation during construction.
