• Served as functional leader to ensure that any development, modifications, upgrade or change is responsive to the needs of functional user.
• Ensured that requirements documentation is easily translated into UAT (user acceptance training), and ensure that proper testing of all systems functionality is completed.
• Manage and supervise the training plan, execution and ensuring quality level of the training sessions.
• Joined in as technical developer and later evolved into a techno-functional consultant.
• Understanding business process, study and analysis of workflow to design solutions (As-Is /To-Be).

• Performed complex CaniasERP TROIA (Similar to ABAP) programming, design, testing and debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement, and support of CaniasERP modules.
• Created several specialized reports across all CaniasERP modules using TROIA 4GL programming language.
• Interface with functional teams to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures with information technology and to identify customer solutions.
• Increased productivity as part of team member to eliminate the need to develop various version of Customer Statement, Customer/Vendor ageing and Inventory ageing.
• Developed module to configure and view the MIS Report and Integration with Biometric attendance system.
• Developed various data transfer utilities to transfer data from Legacy system to CaniasERP.
• Integration with cross-functional modules, integration testing& extending Post Go-live support.

Analysing User Catalogue & Report requirements.
Developed Report Styles and User Interfaces using Planit Scripting Language & the manufacturer catalogue based on clients requirements using software application package Planit catalogue editor.
Initiated & implemented catalogue solution at client site and provide client training on the software.
Lead a team of 5 team members to develop the catalogue solutions for various clients.
