Worked on Both seats as IT and HR in Emergency period and in that period I had to work with all
departments i.e Procurement, Logistics, IT, HR and other Team Houses and Guest houses work

following the recruitment standards detailed in HR Policy and Procedures Manual.
Liaise with Sr. HR Officer/Capacity Building Coordinator and HR Officer (recruitment) regarding all
new positions immediately after a personnel requisition has been raised in the field
Provide HR orientation to new staff members and prepare orientation schedule for other
departments.
Prepare contracts/amendment letters/ personnel action forms for zone staff and send them to
National Office on a biweekly basis
Process confirmation of staff or otherwise with the supervisors and communicate HR Manager
the outcome;
Keep record of contract end dates and liaise with managers for contract extension or termination
two months before the contract end date
Keep hardcopy of personnel files in orderly manner and ensure all originals documents are sent to
National Office on a weekly basis
Regularly update electronic filing records and send them to National Office on a monthly basis
Prepare accurate timesheets for all zone staff members and submit it before established deadline
to National Office HR.
Keep leave records and overtime tracking updated on a monthly basis
Update field organization chart and send it to Islamabad on a monthly basis
Assist in the distribution of all new, translated and approved HR policies to all employees so as to
ensure their familiarization with, and adherence to, such policies.
Provide interpretation of HR policies for compliance and also inform/translate policies to all zone
staff, whenever necessary.
