Take-over site and prepare Dilapidation Survey Report along with contractor
Conduct Weekly Site Meeting
Prepare weekly minutes of Site Meeting
Conduct regular site inspection
Conduct hand-over site inspection and prepare Defect List
Issue Practical Completion
Certify all progressive claims and invoices to make payment to various vendors,
contractor and Consultants
Finalization&Closing
Conduct inspection with building owner, contractor and Asset Management team
Complete defects rectification works
Conduct RI inspections (M&E and Architecture)
Obtaining "As-Built" drawings and O&M manual for record and references
