As a Business Development Manager my duty is to works to improve SHAFCO’s market position and achieve financial growth. I am closely working with the sales team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue.

¬ Manage and support the sales team
¬ Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team.
¬ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
¬ Research and build relationships with new clients.
¬ Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships.
¬ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
¬ Prepare and submit the monthly sales and business analysis report to General Manager.
¬ Suggest the new strategies to enhance the business.
¬ Identify the market potentiality and plan the product portfolio.
¬ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
¬ Track and record the marketing activities and monitor the results.

Actively seeks to increase the services offered and ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
Keeps abreast of market conditions and developments by conducting SWOT analysis and monitoring competitors’ news & activities.
Offers advice about existing products and promoting value added services as well as handles and responds to product queries from clients quickly, efficiently and accurately;
Delivers products presentations to corporate and representing the business at exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate seminars...
Reports to the BM regular updates on accounts activities.
