Job description
Monitoring in all departs work.
Maintain daily work of petty cash.
Close of accounts at end of the year
Deals of export and import in all shipping lines.
Preparation of Documents required for Export Consignments i.e. Proforma Invoice, Commercial invoice, Packing List.
Coordination with shipping line for issue BL, Modification, Cargo tracking, Connecting vessel allocation & vessel arrival, etc.
Co-ordinate with packing, Production, merchandising department, clearing & forwarding agents
Responsible to co-ordinate with Shipping Liner for vehicle Placement and delivery on time.
Maintain daily export and import and progress report to general manager.

Centralized Account Opening/Maintenance.
Centralized Inward Clearing.
Major Responsibilities.
Scrutiny of Cheques / Pay order / Demand draft etc.
Scrutiny of Accounts Opening Forms to receive by the branches Client Generation, Intimation to the Respective branches.
Dispatch the forms to the branches of opened Account / Discrepancies to the respective branches.
Manually Scrutinize the Instruments.
Received items from authorizer and debit customer’s account SYMBOLS System.
Processing DD/PO distribution requests on SYMBOLS System.
Balance Inward Clearing with NIFT Detials including physical Items
Post GL advice (2242) into “GLA11”and get it authoriser from the authoriser.
Generate GL report “GLA11”for the particular GL batch
