I have been working in Saudi Arabia for a Hotel project in Dhahran. My job role is project planning, Quantity Survey and Billing. I prepare required work programmes and schedules as required by using Primavera P6. Preparing monthly invoices based on the quantity of work done. It was quite a good experience as i am handling this project right from the beginning. Based on my experience and technical skill i have been promoted as a project in-charge.
Project Details:
Al-Mutlaq Hotel: Its a project of luxurious hotel building at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
IT Building: Its an IT and Telecommunication facility building for Saudi Arabain Military at King Fahad Milatary Center at Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
MarafiQ : It’s a water supply and seawater cooling plant which supply water to all Plants in Jubail Industrial City. We have done extension and concrete repair works.
• Marking of central line footing of the building on the ground
• Execution of works according to drawings
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules as per structural drawings
• Preparation of weekly and monthly Bills of contractors and submitted it to the company
• Working out the Quantities of various items of works well in advance for material procurement
• Dealing with the customers, taking modification if applicable and implementing on site.

• Taking up Levels and contours in the fields of project site and plotting it on drawings
• Checking the Reinforcement as per drawing before concrete is laid and approval will be given duly entering comments on pour card for laying the concrete.
• Checking of Quality of works when work is going on for Reinforcement, concrete works, Form work, Brick masonry works, Plastering works, Flooring, Painting and etc.
