HR Business Partner role
• Responsible for all aspects of the employment lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, performance management and separation
• Managing open positions ensuring timely closure of positions - identifying and sourcing appropriate talent, initial assessment, interviews and offer
• Counselling of candidates on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment
• Collaborating closely with HR Channel partners ensuring smooth operations
• Preparing and maintaining all employment contracts, offer letters and documentation associated with talent on-boarding
• Liaising with PRO for visa application, renewal and cancellations
• Coordinate for internal administration processes, leave and payroll management
• Managing and coordinating employee joining and exit process
• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as required
• Led the implementation of HR MIS (HR Net) package as a project manager
• Maintain, update and audit data in HR Information System to ensure data integrity
• Accurately input compensation variances (credits and debits), ensuring the integrity of all information, prior to approval of payroll
• Payroll management for timely & accurate disbursements, as per company policies and procedures
• Reconcile employee information received from other Group companies for transfers, resignations, new joiners etc. to update payroll records for all changes and salary adjustments

I started my career with Suzlon Energy Ltd., Corporate office, Pune as a Management trainee in Learning and Development, where I got confirmed as Executive- L&D and further became a Key Account Manager responsible for end to end training related interventions of a Business Unit having approximately three thousand employees. Later started working as an HR Executive with Suzlon Energy Ltd. at Mumbai office handling the HR generalist profile which involves facilitation of PMS, L&D, Manpower / recruitment, Employee engagement activities of the Business Development team.
