Job description & responsibilities

• Manage the Maintenance of more than 750 fleets (Heavy Construction Equipment, Heavy & Light Vehicles) in all aspects which includes and report to the General Manager.
• Ensure that fleet equipment are effectively maintained as per OEM recommendation.
• Follow up with the fleet agencies for warranty related issues.
• Coordinate with the Project Managers, Construction Managers & Transport Manager for the smooth operation of the projects.
• Coordinate with the Safety Department to implement & follow the safety policies & procedures related to the Heavy Equipment and vehicles in the site as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Ensure effective department performance through the selection, development, deployment and motivation of competent staff
