Job description & responsibilities
• Manage the Maintenance of more than 750 fleets (Heavy Construction Equipment, Heavy & Light Vehicles) in all aspects which includes and report to the General Manager.
• Ensure that fleet equipment are effectively maintained as per OEM recommendation.
• Follow up with the fleet agencies for warranty related issues.
• Coordinate with the Project Managers, Construction Managers & Transport Manager for the smooth operation of the projects.
• Coordinate with the Safety Department to implement & follow the safety policies & procedures related to the Heavy Equipment and vehicles in the site as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Ensure effective department performance through the selection, development, deployment and motivation of competent staff

Job description & responsibilities
•Manage Mobile Equipment maintenance division of 200 fleets in all aspects and report to the General Manager.
•Interface between higher management and lower management for maintaining and improving the fleets.
•Ensure that fleet equipment are effectively maintained as per OEM recommendation.

• Allocate job orders to technicians and body shop staff according to their capabilities, job complexities, delivery date and priority.
• Wherever applicable, allot SRO timings before commencement of repair work, check for any outstanding Quarantine, Service, and Recall action.
• Maintain highest standard of performance, efficiency and discipline in the workshop.
• Get the repair job tested by the Quality Controller and reassign any repeat work or omissions.
• Ensure all required repairs in the job order are completed, tested & billed before handing over to service advisor.
• Follow up of parts availability, VOR’s and inform service advisors for any delay causing by parts shortage.
• Prepare and Maintain records of the labour and time analysis of technicians.
• Maintain highest service and product quality standards, obtain highest productivity, never exceed customer estimate cost and strive for customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Parts Department for spares availability, Sales Department for work on new cars and Service Manager for daily workshop performance.
