• Reporting to CEO, led the Business transformation function, spearheading long-term strategic activities to creating a flexible service model, elevating business performance and leading business redesign through organizational and individual capability development.

• Developed Operating models for 9 business units and installed Shared Services Model
• As a strategic advisor, provided HR solutions for aligning key business requirements to meet organizations short-term and long-term objectives.
• Analyzed feasibility studies for Greenfield projects and provided recommendations on Organizational Design, Manpower, and cost allocations.
• Assisted CEO in developing corporate strategy, operating model, milestones, mission, and vision statement
• Led internal HR transformation project to build business model, organizational structures, compensation structure, job roles and processes
• Managed group KPIs against targets and reported to CEO on monthly basis
• Developed Executive Compensation structure for senior management and board members. Analysed and modified compensation framework (base pay, incentives & bonus) using market data
