•Ensure that the JV HSE policy include and comply with our contractors activities, and the job achieved in accordance with the HSE/environment requirements (PTW, equipments monthly Inspection, environmental issues….)
•Focus on environment protection and JV/ Algerian regulations are followed end respected by our contractors and subcontractors.
•Ensure that the Algerian regulations and the project specification are complied and respected by our contractors in their daily activities.
•Participate in the preparation of the budget, and control the cost of the rig platform and minor civil modifications.
•Review the platform dimensions, civil modifications scope with concerned parties to minimize the cost and time.
•Supervision and manage the contract clause on the site(rig platform and civil modification)
•Manage and control the contract implementation in term of cost invoices, time sheet, schedule, procurement and technical site queries met at job site.
•Conduct weekly progress meeting with contractors.
•Participating and preparing the scope of work/schedule for new jobs.
• Update the physical schedule and reported to the management.
• Auditing / advise our contractor to improve their standards.
•Participate in punch list and walk through for mechanical completion.
• Signing off, completing handovers dossiers, and archived

Job responsibility:
Following up project and pre-inspection of the different structures
Raising up constructions queries
Inspection on collaboration with QC client of the structures
Clearing and closing out civil punch list items prior handing over the work to our client.
Complying with our client specifications
Controlling the asphalt work, witness testes on site or in laboratory
Conduct audits for our subcontractor civil work laboratory and our batch plant (calibration
certificate, materiel certificates )
Report the progress and quality issues to technical department
Participate on the preparation of the international certificate ISO 9001
Projects achieved: Concrete work in side CPF such (foundations of pipe rack, vessel foundation, turbo expander
foundations, box valves, paving )
Permanente roads, 18.3 km asphalt road and roads in side CPF
•participate on the engineering, design and develope of the scope of work
•Control and supervise 150 dwelling; my main job included:
• Represent the client on the site and collaborate with different organizations concerned with this project
• Ensuring all inspections in accordance with the latest drawing and technical advise.
•Ensuring that all contractors respect the construction specification and the Algerian construction regulations,
•Resolve site queries met on the site according to the client requirements,
•Check out the attachments, invoices and cost control
