• Plan, direct and monitor all Sales activity in the Area for the responsible of Retail & Distribution so as to achieve and exceed agreed sales, retention, growth, and profit objectives and maximize financial returns to Saudi Call.
• Present and explain the sales target and the plan to all staff.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in Saudi Call annual budget.
• Develop and maintain long-term profitable relationships with the resellers
• Actively liaise with counterpart in Business Care to ensure a unified customer approach.
• Maintain awareness of competitors activity and developments in the market place recommending actions and interventions where appropriate.
• Monitor work of Direct sales employees within the Area. Provide feedback, participate in recruiting, performance management, career management and personnel development of the affected employees.
• Outline top prospective accounts requiring a targeted approach for penetration
• Contribute to the development of the SME sales strategy and business plan - and enforce it.
• Optimize work processes to facilitate departmental functioning
• Act as a communications interface between the Sales unit and other key departments within Saudi Call.
-Expertise in all corporate field ( sales, promoting and marketing )
-Expertise in handling all outlet issue and supporting all outlets needs and coordinating in solving any barriers ( staff shortage, stock shortage, open/close working hours and system failure )
