- Set the warehouse occupation planes, Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, storing mapping, warehouse category, recommending improvements.
- Follow & monitor with the warehouse keeper consumables & materials stock on hand levels.
- Follow & monitor with the external F&B warehouse (3PL) team the dry food and frozen food stock on hand levels and FIFO, FEFO.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data.
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality of items, and customer-service standards (Restaurants) resolving problems, identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information with F&B OPS manager, monitoring warehouse & trucks expenditures, identifying variances if any, implementing corrective actions.
- Set the trucks daily routing to serve the restaurants, Bakery fresh orders routing, Center kitchen daily products transfers, drivers daily schedules, trucks maintenance & licensing.
- Managing the external (Rental) trucks routing and report it to the logistics manager.
- Report the stock on hand levels to Operations and regional on weekly basis.
- Follow with the warehouse keeper the restaurants weekly orders and daily requirements.
- Follow with logistics team the new shipments status and clearance.
- Follow and monitor the receiving procedures for the materials
and disposables warehouse and the external F&B warehouse,
report any shortage or damages in the shipments.
- Follow with the ministry of health office the F&B shipments and issuing the storage letters for shipments and following the
clearance.
- Responsible with procurement team for restaurants equipment
maintenance schedules and transfer.
- Managing the local supplies with procurement team.
- Managing the imported supplies with F&B OPS manager and procurement team.
- Receive the imported shipments and local supplies, safely uses
materials handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
and ensures all warehouse personnel follow all safety procedures
check the quality of the items and shortage if any and report it to
the warehouse supervisor.
- Meets the restaurants weekly orders and daily requirements;
follow the delivery procedures with drivers according to trucks
schedule & routing.
- Performing inventory controls and maintain quality standards,
the same with the external food warehouse.
- Preparing with the external food warehouse team the
restaurants orders dry food & frozen food.
- Operate and maintain warehouse trucks and equipment.
- Report the stock on hand levels to warehouse supervisor.
- Receive the local supplies and report it to Accounting manager.
- Receive the imported shipment and report it to the Accounting
manager.
- Follow with procurement team warehouse requirements and
supplies.
- Meets the internal departments and productions lines
requirements and orders.
- Follow with sales teams the spare parts and finished productions
deliveries.
- Serving the assembly and productions lines with raw materials.
- Monitor stock levels and report it to warehouse manager.
- issuing purchasing orders according to stock levels.
