 Microwave Nokia Siemens Flexi Hopper.

• Swap Sites from BTS alcatel to BTS Nokia Siemens, And BTS Siemens and Motorola to BTS HUAWEI Fully handling all Swap sites from BSS side. Monitor Sites survey and requirements, performing sites installation, performing Swap integration and maintain the network KPI.

• Swap sites from Microwave alcatel to microwave Nokia Siemens and sites survey.

• Well versed in Installation and commissioning of Power Systems (Rectifiers) such as Eltek, Empower, Power One and ASCOM and Emerson.

• Good knowledge of different coupling hardware, Antennas, Feeder Cables, Diplexers, Triplexers, Capability to work on different IT network tools / soft ware & hardware platform, Nokia, HUAWEI, BSS, RAN, BSC, BTS, 2G, GPRS, EDGE, Transmission.

• Having field experience in test VSWR and Feeder sweep and DTF to check the correct fault by the Anristu Site Master and test E1 and cross connection soft and hard.

• Proficient on LAN and Very Wide Area Network (VWAN) Design and Installation, PC hardware and Software installation and troubleshooting also skilled in using Windows OS (Win 98, ME, NT 2000, XP) and MS Office such as MS WinWord, Excel, Power Point, Transmission Planning Tool such as Pathloss ver 3 & 4, Lotus D base.

• Responsible for field engineers, installation teams, Subcontractor’s technical proficiency. Conducts technical training on the proper procedures in installing 2G BTS , BSC, NSS. and Antenna system for New sites, Upgrade sites, Swap-out sites, Including equipment commissioning testing, integration and functionality test and troubleshooting includes.Conducts random site visit/inspections to ensure installation standard is always practiced. Closely works with Field personnel and discuss on ways to further improve the quality of installation. Coordinates with all concerned groups to expeditiously resolve problems that are encountered in the site during equipment delivery, installation, integration and site acceptance. Ensure quality of all equipment Installations adheres to practiced standards and implemented with in the approved budget and time table with optimum utilization of personnel. Collates and prepare project status updates on project roll out on a daily basis and manages all pertinent site documentation, also supervises the progress of Site Folders documentation team and ensure that all these are in proper form/substance for billing purposes. Regularly updates our clients’ project group on project status, extend assistance in expediting installation of priority sites and interfaces with other subcontractors to expeditiously complete the site Installation. Responsible for monitoring and cost effective scheduling field operation such as preventive maintenance and radio equipment system installation, commissioning and Integration. Conducts review of Transmission plans/design Link budget and RF plan prior to submission. Conduct Line of Site surveys, Map table top studies, path profile analysis and Link budget computations using computer software’s ( Path Loss ver. 3.0 & 4.0 ) to determine the Radio system requirements such as antenna height, antenna gain requirements and the path availability. Responsible for Link Design of Wide Area Network (WAN) employing RF Based Data Communication Equipment (DCE) and provide recommendations to economically implement and satisfy client‘s requirements. Responsible for training cadet engineers in the Field of LOS Survey, Map reading/plotting and Navigation Path Profiling, Link Budget/Design and includes the proper used of survey tools such GPS, Magnetic Compass and Inclinometer
