& Responsibilities;
•Directly responsible for overall restaurant & outlets operation during the entire shift.
•To deliver personal attention to all guest to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, to generate repeat clientele and increasing revenue.
•Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction, Guest need and care every aspect at beside us
•To deliver a high standard of communication among the entire departments, to keep them updated in special requirements and information in day to day operation.
•Directly involved in preparing customer feedback reports in case of service error or some others
•Committed to train the staffs on job and develop an individual which is mandatory within the department.
•Assisting Senior F&B manager in operation and in their lieu days.
•Fully responsible in preparing duty rosters according to the adequate manpower.
•To ensure the mise en place is in accordance with par stock levels, and to identify hazards and maintenance requirements in the outlet.
•Monthly controlling inventory variance and updating inventory level of operation flow.
