• Successful Delivery of Biometric Validation projects in Consumer Unit:
o Fingerprint Validation Project
o ABSHER Authentication.
• Collecting Business Requirements from business users and convert them into technical requirements through Project Charters.
• Kick-off projects with IT department and manage and monitor the project progress.
• Handle IT inquiries and customer expectations and bridge the gap between business and technical needs.

Developing and maintaining project management systems related to telecommunication projects. I also perform consultancy projects and tasks for telecommunication carries such as STC and Kuwait VIVA
