1. I Assist the Director of Department to deal with course of daily work in
office.
2. Receiving emails from other departments in the organization or out of the
organization, and preparing answers to them.
3. Implement requirements of the Director for works in printing, fax, email
and others.
4. I Assist in office work and other secretarial work under guidance of the
Director.
5. Implement the process of answering queries and correspondence received
by the Office of the Director in accordance with his instructions.
6. Receiving phone calls and convert them to Office of the Director
accordance with the instructions in this regard.
7. Receiving the guests and customers who are coming to director office and
taking their questions to answer them.
8. Entering information in computer, as the system and department needs.
9. Checking for office needs for director of the department.
10. Keep the programs of annual works and duties in files to remind the
director of necessary works by outlook calendar.
11. Do any other work required by the nature of work in accordance with the
orders issued by Director.
12. I Prepare letters in outlook or word program to answer emails or mails
on time without delay.
(air cargo) inspection and entering data in the computer and checking of invoices and inspection of goods of shops businesses and conformity of the goods with the invoices (DIA) and do the calculation of customs duties on materials subject to the payment of fees as well as in (Hall of ministerial) and (building Qatar Airways) and (Building Gulf helicopter) for Qatar Petroleum staff.
