• Lead the entire Global Trade Finance & Corporate Distrbution teams: Trade Services, Trade Sales, Trade Product Manangment, Corporate Operations and Corporate Network Channels.
• Developed and manage the overall GTF budget and income targets.

• Increase ARB Trade Finance market share.
• Develop new solutions, bank assisted Open Account instruments and new payable and recievable Islamic finaning approaches to optimize the ARB clients financial supply chains.

• Jointly with Financial Institutions, strengthen correspondent relationships with overseas banks.
• Set up long term planning, direction, goals, policies and business contingency / continuity plans.
• Orchestrate a delicate balance in the allocation of resources among diverse set of objectives and functions. Not allowing short-run concerns to dominate long-runs, or pressing issues to stifle procedural needs.
• Manage the superior service quality & continuous improvement measures to achieve service level KPI’s that exceed (internal/external) customers' expectations
• Simplfy existing documentation and processes for “ease of use” and install value in transaction that address customer needs and differentiate ARB from other competitors.
• Setup / lead / coach the entire Trade Services team, through the Regional Trade & Loans Managers.
• Assist the business in generating trade revenues (re-bates, re-routing, corss selling, etc).
• Jointly with Financial Institutions, strengthen correspondent relationships with overseas banks
• Monitor the overall counterparty risk (performance, payment, political) in coordination with Credit Risk Management.
• Responsible for setting up long term planning, direction, goals, policies and business contingency / continuity plans.
• Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and manpower forecasting.
• Manage service quality and performance measures to achieve service level KPI’s that exceed (internal/external) customers' expectations via superior services & continuous improvement
• Working closely with IT & E-Corp to utilize alternative channels (e.g. e-Trade) for service improvement and cost reduction.
• Centralized Loans Operations (covering the kingdom) and aim for Trade Centerlization and implement its expansion plans to increase trade market share, the bank strategic aspiration and differentiate NCB from competitor.
• Securitization of retail installment / lease receivables (Arabs Auto Receivable Asset Backed Securities - Arabs), together with fleet finance (commercial receivables) or vendor finance.
• Inventory financing by back-to-back Gold loans to Saudi jewelry fabricators or retailers.
• Debt Origination, Guaranteed Corporate Obligations, Guaranteed Corporate Commitments and placement products, credit enhanced capital market debt instruments issued by local corporations and sold to investors - GCO’s, GCC’s & DO’s
• Financial leasing for corporate clients through direct or sale & leaseback structures with full recourse to lessee for any residual exposure. Asset classes are big ticket, or pools of small-ticket equipment such as: Construction equipment, transportation equipment, vehicles, medical equipment, office equipment and computers, showrooms, factories, head offices.
• Real Estate Finance, structuring and assessing real estate financial models.
