• Implementing local and overseas training plans and responsible for preparing, planning and designing training activity in the company.
• Place job advertisements where necessary in association with recruitment agencies.
• Arrange interviews and make a necessary arrangement for pre-employment checks and tests.
• Coordinate arrangements for introducing new staff in to the company including staff induction.
• Maintain the personal data base and prepare report as required.
• Maintain the staff hand book in an accurate and up-to-date condition.
• Send out offer letters and statements of terms and conditions of employment to successful applicants.
• Make all necessary arrangements for the recruitment of temporary staff as required by the Company and clients.
Responsible for two training centres and in charge of a group who implement local training plans.
