Support the HR & Facilities team with all aspects during the transition from distributer to the new legal entity.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Supervise the HR team and ensure the goals set are met.
Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department.

Manage and deliver a first-class facilities service to support the offices in KSA, which includes office management/maintenance and fleet management.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain the building to ensure that the working environment and its surroundings provide a safe, secure and pleasant workplace at all times
Manage drivers and office support work distribution.
Plan, develop and implement new Facilities Management strategies
Manage the hygiene of the office by dealing with service providers for hygiene products
Manage the rented villas/buildings across KSA
Manage SIM cards, requesting for new ones, replacements and add new services
Manage relationship with external provider such as service provider
Continually improve internal processes to enhance customer services and generate savings.
Troubleshoot and maintain all problems related to IT and assist on all administration and HR work

Key Achievements:
* Developed HR and Work Time Account (WTA) applications using Qlik
* Created “Master Documents Vault” ISO Web portal & T.R.A.I.N programme Web portal
* Played a key role in the ISO project and getting the ISO 9001:2015 certificate
* Project Managing the Work Time Account (WTA) for all staff
* Successfully enhanced the CCTV system in the factory.
* Provided several training courses in Networking, ISO and Photoshop to staff
Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
* Direct supervision of staff, employee evaluation, and ensuring a clean environment
* Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
* Conduct preventative maintenance work.
