Promote the growth of the compsny (SmithBits a Schlumberger company) Sales with existing key account(s) and new customers in Algeria.
Acts as primary point-of-contact for client
Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns
Maintains contact with an established customer base
Identifies and establishes new clients
Communicates and strategizes with the sales team on all related client issues for both internal & external sales
Assists in strategy development
Proactively finds new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts
Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
Monitors agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness
Improves customer perception with emphasis on customer service
Ensures that the bits are put to use by the drilling company as per the recommended criteria
• Ensures that any wrong or misuse of the bit by drilling operation is recorded
• Works with the drillers to ensure they know the best way to maximize the life, efficiency and performance of the bits
• Prepares the post drilling records detailing the start-to-finish performance of the drill bit
• Represents and contests any adverse performance reports detailing and distinguishing the reason that led to the low performance
