ALL SECRETARIAL DUTIES ASSISTING THE MANAGER IN ALL OFFICE TASKS

2. Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
3. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency
information.
4. Maintain all Accounting coordination with the Accounting Dept.
5. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
6. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
7. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including
faxes and email.
8. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine
inquiries.
9. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to,
bookkeeping, copying, faxing mailing and filing.
10. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
11. Coordinate and maintain records.

here it was a turn over, i nocked the door of a new specialty that is secretarial duties and tasks, i gained primary experience.

teaching english as a second language, kids aged between 12 and 16 years old.

always teaching french as a second language, in middle school.

ALWAYS IN THE FIELD OF LAGUAGES, THIS TIME DEALING WITH FRENCH LANGUEGE, WICH IS MY SECOND LANGUEGE, AND TEACHING IT IS LIKE COOLING WATER, AT ALL LEVELS.

i thaught english language at middle level; kids aged between 12 to 15.

i begun my carreer as a teacher of arabic language, teaching at primay level, kids between 6 and eight years old.
i thaugh algerian programm, including reading, writing, calculating, drawing, islamic education...etc
