• Material receiving inspections for identification of quantity and damages. Preparation of non-conformity reports in deviations and violations of approved standards met during inspections.

• Verifying The Shipping Invoice Is A True Representation Of The Material, Dimensional, Visual & QTY Inspection Of Received Materials and Verification Of Materials Identity.
• Segregation Of Rejected Materials/Raise NCR, Record Marking Of Materials And Shipping Marking Plans, sets up and carries out routines inspection: cracks, corrosion, leaks, damages.etc. and schedules to ensure that Company policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensures preservation of all spare parts, materials and equipment are stored in the Company warehouses strictly in accordance with manufacturer specifications and/or established Company procedures.
• Daily contacts with Quality & Cycle Counting Analyst to discuss operational matters and work priorities.
• Regular external contacts with vendors, suppliers, contractors and consultants, primarily to investigate material availability, lead-times, and specifications.
• Normal contact with Materials and Maintenance Integrity section for reviewing and executes the
preservation plan.

• Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with quality standards & customer requirements
• Assessing the process and product quality developed in compliance with preset technical specifications; detecting defects / faults and initiating corrective actions
• Rectifying solutions for quality problems encountered at site, taking adequate measures to ensure compliance with quality standards, and implementing foolproof quality assurance methods to ensure defect-free activities
• Monitoring work in progress for conformance with the latest approved revisions of specifications and verifying that finished work meets acceptance criteria
• Conducting Internal Inspection (IIR) before final inspection for:
o Erected Precast Panels against specified location, correct facing & electrical points as per approved drawing
o Materials/Items against manufacturer/ supplier & technical specification as per approved document submittal
• Preparing MIR/IR & maintaining log sheet and retaining all records
• Maintaining and updating all documentation work

•Conduct inspections as per Saudi Aramco standards Like SAES, SAEP, SAMSS and as per applicable SATIPS’S, SAIC’S, SATR’S.
•Familiar with international standards like NFPA 70, NEMA, IEEE etc.
•Monitor Quality System implementation, records and Quality Personnel for compliance with requirements.
•Inspects electrical installations for compliance with Saudi Aramco and international standards.
•Checks electrical products for proper listings, and ensures all products are installed in compliance with all listing requirements and standards.
•Makes periodic surveillance of electrical installations completed by Sub-contractors to ensure installation comply with standard requirements.
•Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment and report to supervisor detailed potential problems for early resolution.
•Responsible for implementing quality controls and specification prior to satisfaction on the electrical codes and any applicable standards by studying and familiarization of quality.
•Ensure that all works shall comply with the project specifications, standard and approved drawings.
•Inspects material received at the site during construction and ensures their compliance to standards and manufacturers specification prior to usage for construction
•Prepared Non-Conformance Reports (NCR Contractor) for construction whenever found any noncompliance with standards requirements.
•Check and review all installation procedures, standards, specifications and project requirements.
•Inspected the equipment/ material at site as per standards & specifications and ensured all the activities gets completed as per standard and AFC drawings
•Verify installation of major equipment as per checklist, raised NCR for non-conformity observed during inspection of work/activity, followed-up on resolving NCR
•Coordinated with client/ consultant to conduct the inspection of RFI, prepared the weekly quality report

•Verification of Quality procedures with Construction Department, Project Drawings review and check field installations in conformance with project Specifications and approved drawings.

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other QA/QC documents.
•Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR, and Site Instruction. Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
•Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP. Apply Method of Statements and Specifications Statements for making Inspections.
