Responsible of the recruitment process in the company.
Responsible setting the company’s system (payroll system, timecards, etc).
Responsible on setting and maintaining the right culture required for the job nature.
Generate required periodical reports.
Preparing and following up on the trainings in coordination with the operation department & the financial department.

Responsible of the distribution of the recruitment ads for the company in various magazines.
Responsible of the recruitment process in the company starting filtering resumes & primary screening.
Responsible of the company’s monthly news letter.
Orient and implement consistent recruitment policies & procedures.
Ensure accurate departments’ headcount in coordination with payroll section and department heads.
Select the channel/source of recruitment (e-mails, recruitment agencies, referrals … etc.).
