Preparation of Business Plan on basis of market and company strength, Follow up Head office targets and set regional Business Target Agreement, , Strategy Planning for Business Growth in the region, Exploiting the Installed Base of Siemens and its aquired VA Tech companies in the Region. Market share and growth of share strategies in consultation with Divisional Management.
Coordination with Public Sector for earliest conflict resolution, supervsion day to day business activities like, Bid Preparation, negotiations, contract review . Supervision of Service Orders executions in the region.
Overall administration of Electrical Engg. Department, Teaching Electrical Engineering Bech Course(4 years time)
Calibration of Equipment, Quality assurance check, ISO 9001 Implementation and survellance for the whole plant
