Complete management of ERMS (Electronic Resource Management System).
Complete manage recruitment / induction nation wide along with "Implementation of complete ERP” (Recruitment, Induction module, Performance management & Payroll )
Formulation, implementation and supervision of Performance Appraisal program of the company.
