• Working as Deputy Project/MEP Manager @ Residential development project for works related to refurbishment/reinstatement of (Ground+17) high rise residential building services/utilities @ Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
• Worked as Client representative in a capacity of Sr. MEP Engineer for Canal Filtration Plant Room located in Dubai Sports City. Responsible for supervising and managing all MEP related works and coordination for civil works,
• Working as a Project Manager for design and construction supervision of project for new bar and lounge project at Meydan Racecourse Dubai which includes but not limited to coordination for overall MEP (including power, lighting, CCTV, fire Alarm & fire Protection works), structural, architectural and landscaping design works.
• Working as Project Manager for reinstatement and refurbishment of 13-Nos. Warehouses project in Al Quoz Dubai. Coordination for supervision and all approvals related to MEP and related civil activities by different trade contractors.
• Survey, investigation and condition assessment of complete MEP services for Private Palace in Dubai.
• Managing different work packages for reinstatement works including but not limited to Electrical works (ELV, LV & external lightings), drainage, fire-fighting, fire alarm, chilled water, domestic water and fit-out works etc.,
• Directly coordinating with Client/Owner’s representative on regular basis,
• Managing project program, workflow, supervising & monitoring work progress,
• Assigning works to other MEP, civil engineers, QS and architects. Preparation of survey, condition assessment, recommendation reports with detailed comparative statements of works including but, not limited to electrical works (power and lighting), fire-fighting, fire alarm, HVAC, drainage, CCTV, Intercom, Access Control, Centralized Garbage Collection system.
• Assigning and coordinating works with other MEP, Civil engineers, QS and architects.
• Managing all MEP site activities related to different projects including but not limited to Zayed Military City, Al Faya Development, Private Palaces Abu Dhabi, Wadi Al Shabak Dubai & Infrastructure development Fujairah for CMW UAE,
• Managing project finance, billing/invoices, submittals, drawings & other related documents approvals from Clients/consultants,
• Design, construction & project management for different projects including high rise towers in Abu Dhabi & Dubai,
• Coordination with multiple main, sub-contractors and vendors/suppliers,
• Managing Estimation for different projects as MEP Estimation Head reporting to Projects Director.

Project Description:
Currently KBR Middle East is working as one of the leading Construction Management Agency (CMA) @ Abu Dhabi International Airport (Abu Dhabi Airports Company) for its major expansion projects which includes but not limited to coordination for design, construction management/execution, T&C & Operation of major utilities & infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing & coordinating design review, site supervision, testing & commissioning & Operation & maintenance of MEP services and infrastructure utilities (including but not limited to fire & potable water networks including pumping stations, sewer, storm water, chilled water distribution network including energy transfer stations, SCADA system’(s) works, construction of commercial buildings including all related MEP works (HVAC, Firefighting, water distribution), substations, Administration buildings, switching station’(s), generator & transformer room etc.
• Reviewing technical documentation and supervised leading technical activities related to testing & commissioning of utilities, pumping stations, Generator sets, HVAC systems, District Cooling Plant & other services involvement as a key member of Project T&C team,
• Organizing technical workshops, meetings etc. with contractors, design consultants, ADAC (client) and suppliers/vendors. Reviewed and provided valuable inputs to project completion and commissioning plans.
• Dedicated District Cooling Plant: Overall 55, 000 RT first and only dedicated District Cooling Plant for Abu Dhabi Airports expansion project. Letter of Appreciation received from ADAC CEO in an individual capacity.
Worked as Mechanical Project Engineer in PAL Group of Companies (A subsidiary of Royal Group Abu Dhabi), for major construction projects involving design, engineering, supervision & contracting works for major residential, mixed use developments(including high-rise buildings) & “District Cooling Plants Projects (with having almost 400, 000 TR overall capacity)” all across Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting Head of Engineering/Design during planning, development, supervising, monitoring and controlling engineering, and budgeting, tendering and bidding activities across UAE & GCC.
• Detailed MEP design & supervision management which includes but not limited to water supply, drainage services, HVAC and firefighting services, chilled Water reticulation network design supervision. Review of shop drawings, material & method statement/technical submittals, checking compliance to local authorities/Estidama UPC and complete site supervision.

Project Description:
Facility Expansion (including construction of pharmaceutical plant & installation of existing and new Pharma and HVAC/Utility Equipment) of Asia's one of the Largest Pharmaceutical Abbott Laboratories Plant @ two premises in City of Karachi Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing & administering programs & successfully met Project objectives and financial plans, in accordance with policies and goals, quality requirements and budgetary targets. Monitor and control expenses, manage work to reduce cost.
• Coordinating project activities with consultants, contractors and vendors/suppliers and monitor project execution and assist Manager Engineering (Projects) in timely completion of projects.
• Managing & assuring compliance to local and Abbott EHS, Engineering standards rules, policies and laws. Maintain work place safety. Coordinated installation & T&C activities with Quality Assurance validation team for execution and facility qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Project Title: FDA Compliant-Pharmaceutical Plant
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting & coordinating Project Manager in construction of newly built Pharma facility (being built as per FDA standards/cGMP requirements) as one and only Project/Junior Mechanical Engineer appointed by the Client.
• Responsible for coordination and liaison with project consultants, contractors, local authorities and other vendors/suppliers during two years of construction/installation.
• Installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC Equipment; direct fired Absorption chillers, Air Handling units, fan coil units, Split units, DX-coils, Chilled / hot water, steam and process water piping, ducting (cladding and insulation), water tube boiler (4 Ton / hr), forced draft cooling towers (1280 gpm), Air Compressors, water softening plant for boiler (Output: 8 m3 / hour), reverse Osmosis plant (Output: 6 m3 / hour), 635 KVA (508 KW) diesel Generator etc.
