Review and evaluate investor applications for the land. Review the performance of various factories within the country, process the faltering sites, and pull factories with many irregularities. Effectively collaborate with different departments such as Project Management and IT to resolve various land allocation issues in a timely manner. Utilize good communication skills and technologies such as emails, phones, and face-to-face communication to respond to and resolve various problems. Create reports for projects after performing risk analysis and studying market needs, and submit them to the land allocation commission. • Spearheaded a project team to automate several operations in the land allocation process, resulting in an average reduction of cycle time by 50% (from 4 months to 2 months) • Streamlined a complex industrial land allocation process, and introduced a multifaceted solution that incorporated Excel model and early collection of critical data to improve decision making • Improved selection criteria for land applications exceeding 30, 000 m2 by integrating different metrics, resulting in 14% increase in payment and saving over 400, 000 Saudi Arabian Riyal in operational costs • Developed approvals for the allocation of land by converting from paper forms to online forms on MODON portal, thus significantly reducing processing time by 15 days
