- Managing the running of the Reception area by welcoming Clients on arrival and Propose assistance where necessary.
- Support the advisory team translation if needed to reduce the waiting time. - Setting up and closing down of the Reception area, including preparation for appointments the following day.
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services by using CRM system (Customer relationship management)
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases : SAP system (Systems Applications and Products)Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised completion time.
- Carry out the service delivery to the customer with a high emphasis .
