1- Prepare All FGA quotations.
2- Analyze all personal lines of business to determine acceptability and to control, restrict, or decline, according to company guidelines in various classes of insurance- Property, Engineering, Marine, and Energy.

- Follow up for the new requested courses in Process Engineering and Mechanical & Electrical Competency Level II and Level III
- Currently provide any Arabic Translation required for all Technical Course
- Provide planning models for in house training courses in order to dovetail business needs

Acts as the lead administrator of the WDD Learning Management System (LMS)
- Generates reports to identify training gaps in the foundation, core and job-specific competencies of SAC Employees.
- Uploads the training center schedule in LMS on quarterly bases.
-Produces statically reports about WDD Training activities on periodical bases.
- Analyzes reports on participant progress and recommends and integrates training improvement strategies based on findings.
- Performs any other tasks as required by the training center management team.
Entering (CHARTIS & GULF ASSIST) policies
Issuing all Travel customer policies.(Direct & in Direct, , ex: agents )
Maintain (CHARTIS & GULF ASSIST ) reports from our department to the account department and follow up for the Debit and credit Notes.
Feed back to IT Department for system related changes or new requirements and Helped in improving it and make sure its running smoothly.

Created one report had all our customer details such of their payment details, contracts date, payments amount and their due date to ease tracing them when need.
