Talent Acquisition & Head Hunting
•Develop and foster the recruitment plans based on business hiring needs by performing detailed analysis of market trends, lead generation, ROI, recruitment processing time, recruiter, and short and long-term programs

HR Generalist and HR Business Partnering
•Provide excellent HR services to over 100 employees in the company
•Manage with the entire employee journey - from recruitment to onboard to exit
•Lead a team of 2 accomplished individuals; coaching, developing and motivating them to achieve superior results while continually innovating and implementing best practice in the management of human resources
•Perform HR generalist-based functions encompassing payroll, employee relations, performance management system, process improvement including streamlining and updating processes in compliance with company policies as well as coordinating with different teams.
•Carry out HR business partnering duties including the coordination with the senior management for financial review operation & growth plans of Aafiya.
•Work with the Cost Optimization Team on cost containment, backed by benchmarking compensation and cross-functional learning interventions for better headcount utilization
Employee Management
•Managing employees from on boarding till exit which includes arranging work permits, visas, employee database management, payroll management, employee induction, employee benefits, letters, leave management, training coordination, employee surveys, employee grievances, issues and exit formalities including End of Service calculations, deactivation from the benefits and visa & work permit cancellations.
Performance Management
•Handling performance appraisals, performance evaluation, service / probation confirmations, promotions & internal transfers
Employee Engagement
•Organised many successful employee engagement events including staff parties, health camps, and outdoor events.
•Conducted employee engagement surveys which are rolled out by the Group and locally.
