Managing a team of 40 sales agent located in 34 different locations across UAE. stockin, payroll, payments to vendors (34 locations) and managing other day to day operational aspects.
These 34 locations are UAE Government department, keeping alignment with them and working as a medium between them and DU.
Planing and Utilizing workforce across 34 location to maximize the sale and revenue.
The responsibilities are (not limited to) to go out open new accounts, represent du and present our specific products to the customers, and explore new area of market to penetrate. Secondly manage the current accounts to maintain the relation and sales flow. During my work course I developed the skills to maintain good relationship with these accounts and enhanced my business communication skills.
While indoor activities primary responsibility is to serve the walk-in customers, which includes selling and providing information about the products. Apart from primary responsibility, helping the customers with any kind of difficulties they face while using the product. My contribution for stock keeping and maintaining the buffer level stock was also considerable. While working indoor I thoroughly developed my business communication skills and administration skills.
Job Responsibilities: Mainly the job is to carry out the task given in the form of LIRF (loading information report form) for departure flights or CPM (Container Pallet message) for arrival flights. The job also demands very high level of concentration all the time as a small mistake for instance loading a container or pallet in wrong position can cause mismatch in weight balance in aircraft.

To meet with the potential clients, influence them to join the privileged card program by explaining the benefits for all the involved parties i.e. Customers, joining member and American System. I was also responsible to make sure members are content with the services and to keep a personal contact with them.
To approach the walk-in customers and close the sale. Explain the different features of different models.
I was responsible to sale the different models of BENQ LCDs and reaching the monthly target. I was also responsible to draw a daily sales report, which includes the sale of BENQ LCDs and all the other brands LCDs. Attending the weekly meeting was mandatory, all the sales person from different stores were expected to present their point of views about how to increase the sale.
