• Prepare the monthly Employer payment and get it the approval payment from the Employer .
• Prepare the monthly sub-contractor and suppler payment and get it the approval from the project manager .
• Calculate the Quantities for the Re-measured item .
• prepare material procurement request as needed .
• Communicate with subcontractors for getting quotation as specification and main drawings .
• Preparing the comparison as specified one for all vendors .
• Studying the technical and Pricing offer submittal of Subcontractors & Suppliers Finalized of the contract papers with approved and winning contractor.
• Preparing and structuring of the "Sub-Contractor Agreement" document starting from the condition of agreement, particular specification, Bill of Quantities and drawings.
• Singing with the winning contractor.
• Following up any claims from contractor.
My duties to review tender documents and drawings for new tenders, lead team of quantity surveyors to take off tender quantities from drawings and compare with BOQ quantities, prepare tender quantity reports. Prepare breakdown items for BOQ if needed, Coordinate with planning engineer to prepare cost loading for new projects.
My duties to prepare tender document for substation civil works, as BOQ and specifications, cost estimate for future substation & tenders under process, studying submitted tenders and prepare analyze and recommendations reports, follow up and supervise construction of substations projects.
Prepare Arch and structural works shop drawings for projects in hand, Quantity surveying, prepare material procurement request as needed, prepare monthly payment, follow up and checking subcontractors payments and prepare monthly progress report to submit to project manager .
Diploma degree of Civil Engineering-Interior Design 2001 (Very Good)
