Lead the Implementation maintain, development the HSE system (HSEMS).
Leads the Risk Managment and process Safety.
Prepare and Monitoring the annual Operating plan to meet the strategies
Prepare the Annual Budgets to ensure the Implementation of SHE Systems.

2-Make monthly follow up and audit by 3 qualified technician only inspect the (industrial hygiene-Behavior based safety - fire fighting tools and devices - work permit follow up - maker also special training for safety staff )
3-Make a quarter audits by myself using specific check list and attend monthly committee per sites.
4-Make a special training for sites as matrix related to critical location.
5-Routine job( performance analysis- KPIs- PDP)
6-Executive the Educational training material.
