• Teach up to twenty-five hours a week and lead Conversation Club.

• Carrying out tutorial, personal development activities, team building, vocational learning, performance monitoring and management of a range of students.

o delivering the programme
o course and student records and associated administration
o the assessment of students
o the moderation, standardization and verification
of assessments as required

SENIOR ENGLISH TEACHER
Responsible for the development, promotion, and maintenance of the program in line with the strategic goals of the organization in order to ensure the delivery of high quality English training to all apprentices of Saudi Aramco. Saudi Aramco Company Apprenticeship Program for non-employees. It is under the supervision of the North Dhahran Industrial Technical Centre, Saudi Aramco Company.
Duties
•Provide teachers with guidance and support in curriculum / course related queries.
•Assist in the development, organization, and filling of materials and other administrative documents.
•Assist with professional development of the teaching team and conduct in-service training and sessions.
•Conduct regular observations of first staff teachers' classes to ensure high quality of delivery and a high level of student satisfaction.
•Identifies student needs and cooperates with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students attitude and learning problems.
•Maintain and monitor teacher professionalism by visiting classes to give advice and guidance to teachers.
•Attends monthly conferences to discuss the individual student's progress and interpret the center program.
