-Supervise the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
-Follow up all construction activites storage water tank and water pipe lines
- Making WPS and PQR of carbon and Low&high alloy steel and stainless steel Nickel
alloys For welding process SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW
-Assesse the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on site
-Allocate Q.C personnels to the various areas of site activity and evaluation them
-Supervise inspection activities, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect & filling all documentation as Records.
-Evaluate the qualification of welders and Non Destructive Test-(NDT) technicians with regard to the activities assigned.
-Supports the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors.
-Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
-Coordinate the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.
-Supervise the correct equipment calibration management activities
- perform and follow up all NDT Examinations and Hydrostatic pressure test
- Follow up all Backing and Handling concumable welding electrodes
- Control non-conformance reports and take remedial actions (NCR)
- Responsible on all QA/QC Requirements & activities and safety roles in site plan
- Receives material Certificates and Verifies quality control documentations
- make evaluation for wall thickness by using Calculation programs for for all
Facilities Refinery units
- Evaluation for all NDT reports and giving suitable Recommendations
- Calculate of corrosion rate and Life time for all Refinery Facilities
- Make Next inspection plan depending on inspection history
-External and internal inspection and putting Comments &Recommendations
- Calculate safe operating pressure and minimum required thickness
- Perform check on all Fabrication Construction activities
- Achieving inspection testing plan ( ITP) for any fabrications
- Interpretation radiographic films according to suitable codes
- Review all activities of welders and performance welders.
- Verify/Review of welding parameters & welding processes according to (WPS)
- Control non-conformance reports and take remedial actions (NCR)
-Providing Causes the Material Loss Believed and Review Repairs works
-Maintain and update the Inspection system and Procedures and HSE system.
-Investigation and Evaluation Results of all Inspection Techniques
