• Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems and IT operations.

• Responsible for dealing with the technology suppliers, evaluate the best that suits the company needs and negotiate the best offer with the least cost.
• Direct, attend and participate in staff meetings and related activities; attend workshops to keep up to date with Information Technology issues.
• Responsible for the IT operations, systems uptime, resiliency, and the Network Operation Centre (NOC) management.
• Responsible for the organization back up policies, business applications support efficiencies, and the standard operation procedures for the IT systems/infrastructure.
• Implementing backups and disaster prevention and disaster recovery policy, plan and documentation.
• Trading system “MetaTrader Administrator”, “MT Manager” and “MT Client” training and support.
• Insure the efficiency of; the disaster recovery plans and put scenarios; the organization systems management, servers’ performance and security; the databases management and securing the organization’s data.
