Implement procurement strategy and policies.

Monitor macro trends in supplier and contract base and implement plans to react.
Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
Lead the procurement group in all phases.

Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations.
Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
Maintain procurement files.
Track Purchasing activity and measurements.
Training purchasing officer in the department.
Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action.
Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.

Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.

Help to lower the cost and secure agreements.
Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
Make all LPO & FPO on the system.
Communicate with our local & foreign suppliers,
Arrange for collect our goods with logistic department and clearance agent.
Following up with planing department to ask our order depend on our requirement.
Following up to open the L/C on time and amendment required.
Following up in case of any claim required from the supplier or insurance co.
Work in the cars department and health insurance (insurance incharge)
follow-up old policies in previous years, and renewal in a timely manner and the issuance of comprehensive insurance policies, third party liability policies, and government insurance
•Preparation and presentation of monthly MIS on activity and location basis
•Provide support services and advise in all finance matters to the management
•Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers. Conduct regular scrutiny of these ledgers in order to ensure the accuracy of accounting data. Identify report and resolve if there are any inconsistencies in the system
•Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with the established policies and procedures of the company
•Ensure all payments to suppliers, staff, and other external parties are made according to company policies and procedures
•Prepare reconciliations of Bank statement, Account payable and Account receivable periodically and report if any discrepancies found
• handle accounts independently
• posting ledgers, passing Journal entries,
• Update cash books and bank books,
• Preparation of M.I.S. (Monthly Income Statement),
• And other financial reports as required by management
Journal and a professor and final accounts, Sales Accounts, Procurement, Fund, Bank accounts and Follow-up to the expiry date of all medications and issuing reports about them before the expiry date
