• Ensure quality deleiverables and consistency among the company’s (27 branches)

• Manage instructors and employees to ensure smooth operation
• Teaching materials for the computer in the Institute of us
• Making a special agreement between co-op. and ministry of communication to train new graduates.
• Making a special agreement between main center, our branches and UNESCO - Cairo office for the ICDL examinations ( Do I set up the scheme of examinations and inquiries and the agreement with UNESCO to arrange the dates of examinations, as well as supervision of the examinations, I am certified from UNESCO to administration and supervision of examinations )
